Return Policy

At Palette to Purpose, we want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork from our store. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that artwork can look different once it’s in your space. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the artwork must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Clear photos of the issue will help us resolve the matter quickly.
For approved cases, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If the item is damaged or incorrect, include photos so we can assess the situation.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Refund Processing
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If an exchange is requested, it will be processed subject to artwork availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty. These include custom or commissioned artwork, items that have been altered after delivery, and gift cards.
Australian Consumer Law
This Return Policy operates in line with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
